Georgia Family’s Tiny House Walls Go Up

This family is building a tiny house in the backyard of their fathers traditional home.

If you add the loft this tiny house has total of 258 square feet but don’t let it’s diminutive size fool you it has a lot of creature comforts. A sleep number bed, crib for the baby, and a full kitchen.

One of the things it won’t have is a 30 year mortgage.

“This is anchored by a desire to rid ourselves of … the high consumer debt, high mortgages and financial plans that really keep us from achieving our dreams.”

As an alternative to a high debt load Odom and his wife want to spend their money traveling with their daughter.
